- Permanecer en espacios ventilados o acondicionados
Ante sed intensa y sequedad en la boca, temperatura mayor a 39º C, sudoración excesiva, sensación de calor sofocante, piel seca, agotamiento, mareos o desmayo, dolores de estómago, falta de apetito, náuseas o vómitos, dolores de cabeza, entre otros, se deberá actuar de la siguiente manera:
- Solicitar de inmediato asistencia médica.
- Trasladar a la persona afectada a la sombra, a un lugar fresco y tranquilo.
- Intentar refrescarla, mojarle la ropa y darle de beber agua fresca.
